Hey dudsons,
Today started off with going to the local Y with my friend Amie. We tried out various different machines and some of them tired us out very quickly. Almost all the machines had mini TVs attached in its system, so I got to watch The Liquidator using my earphones. Anyways, there was a stepper machine that we experimented with and I personally thought that it was quite scary, because I was continuously worrying that I would trip and "die". Amie, on the other hand, adjusted the machine to it's highest speed (scary!) and she actually liked it. This is a quote from her blog to prove her nonsense thinking: "I think that it was actually my favourite one since I thought it was really easy and I even turned it up to the highest speed." I think I'll just stick to the good ole walking machine.
We went to the hot tub after we had finished in the gym upstairs, and it was really relaxing, especially after a tiresome workout, but it was a little too hot to my liking today; usually it's not this hot. I still stayed in the tub though, because it was still relaxing.
After we went to the hot tub, we went to shower. There are stalls in the shower room so me and Amie kept on goofing off. We kept on playing little pranks, scaring each other. There was one point when I was preparing to sabotage Amie, but then she peeked in front of the shower stall and said 'Hello' which scared me to pieces. She had a different voice on, so I thought that it was another person saying it, haha. There was even another point when a lady told us to stop, and that was really scary. We stayed silent during the remaining period of time.
Amie left and my family and I went to Oakridge Centre to go shopping. I went to Aritzia and bought some clothes and we also went to Armani Exchange to buy some clothes too. But, we were getting hungry, so we went back home for dinner.
While my mom was preparing dinner, my dad and I went to Canadian Tire to buy some car mats and a roaster pan for my mom. Too bad that when we came home the thing didn't even fit in the oven, so we would have to return it. We went to Marshalls after, and we bought a surprise pair of shoes for my mom. She didn't have much of a reaction though when we showed it to her, but perhaps she was just keeping her feelings to herself. I could tell that she liked it a lot though.
Well, tune in for tomorrow's blog, peeps and for now, bye!
