Hey dudsons!

In one of my earliest blogs, I had a little 'About Me' blog, but I felt that it was too short and vague, so I made a new one for you guys.  Hopefully, you will get to know me better after reading this, and let's begin!

My name is Cyndi Forrest!  (Actually, it's my internet name ^-^) I am currently in grade 8, so this is my first year of high school.  I was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, a beautiful city right above the United States.  My family history is from China, and I've been there several times to visit my mom's side of the family.

When I was little, I attended a montessori preschool.  It was quite fun actually; they taught french, music, art, and a whole lot of other things.  My most favourite and fond memory was peeling carrots for everyone to eat, although I hated eating carrots back then and was "forced" to eat it when there's some left.  Then it was time for kindergarten.  The expression "Time flies by" is true; within a blink of an eye, I was in grade 7.  This was definitely going to be a milestone in my life.  It was the last year of elementary school before high school and it was crucial that I had to treasure it.  I still remember grad and how fun it was with all my friends, laughing, talking, and dancing. Wait, scratch the "dancing" part out.  It was totally awkward and nobody wanted to dance together.  Anyways, now it's high school.  It's surely a new and much more different experience than elementary school.  Even though the first few days were a little wobbly and confusing, I made it through and things got much smoother.

Fun Facts:
  1. My favorite color is pink! (I'm a girly-girl!)
  2. I love travelling..... I have been to Australia, China, Hong Kong, San Diego, Los Angeles, the Caribbean, etc.
  3. I prefer dogs over cats by far, although I still think cats are pretty cool.
  4. I have a habit of cracking my knuckles and feet, but I hate hearing my neck crack.  Gives me the heepie-jeepies.
  5. I'm short, haha!
