Howdy dudsons,
In case you didn't notice, it's the tenth blog!! To celebrate, I have included a youtube video that I recently discovered that I thought was pretty funny. (Hint: It has something to do with poop...)
So, today I went swimming at the local Y. I had to do 14 laps; that's a lot of swimming and in case you don't know, that's 28 lengths! Of course, I also forgot my flipflops at home, so I had to walk on the dirty floor bare-foot.
Luckily, I went to eat dim sum afterwards, and I'm the type of girl that likes to eat. (Sorry, I forgot to include photos; I'll try to remember next time!) We ordered some of the classics, such as shrimp dumplings, beef tendon, and spareribs with pumpkin. The meal was okay, but the most important thing is that I was full.
Afterwards, we went grocery shopping at a new supermarket. It was big and a lot of stuff were on sale. There were food samples, but unfortunately I was too full to try some food. I thought it was really cool that they had a noodle section, which you could choose from pink, green, yellow, and the traditional white noodles and could eat it immediately. If I try it, I'll tell you guys the verdict! Anyways, there was a crazy long lineup for seafood, since some things were really cheap. Fortunately, we were not one of those people. ^-^
For dinner, we went out again to a traditional chinese restaurant with our neighbors. It was pretty good actually and we got some desserts after wards. Pictured below is a sweet papaya and some chinese thingy dessert.
