September 30th, 2015

Hey dudsons,

I went to the Vancouver Community College Graduate fashion show.  It was a really nice show, but halfway through my stomach started hurting badly.  I really liked some of the designs though.  Some were a little weird, some were awesome.

I have a presentation tomorrow for English and a test so bye!

Hey dudsons,

So today I woke up with no fever.  I was both sad and happy about that.  Sad, because the I would have to go to school.  Happy, because well, I won't have to miss school and sign sick notes and stuff like that.

I also thought that there was going to be a socials test today, as with many other people in the class. Turns out there was no test.  The test is on Thursday actually, so yeah....

Textiles is always a great class.  I just love sewing, though I would not say I'm great at it.

Greetings dudsons!

Argh!!! I have a cold sore on my lips and it's seriously so bothersome and it's also somewhat painful!  It looks ugly too.   And no, I don't believe I have kissed another person with another cold sore.

Hey dudsons,

So today was an exciting day...ehh not really.  Just a normal school day.  My brother is sick, and now I feel a little flu-ish too.  Sigh.  I was so tired throughout the day too.

Anyways, today started with applied skills! We watched a movie about companies and how they're evil.  Like for example, they use labor in developing countries and take advantage of that by exploiting them to bad work conditions and having to make something in a short time period.

For english, another group was doing a presentation on "character".  There was a small test at the end.

Anyways, bye!  GOT TO GO SLEEP!

Hey dudsons,

QOTD:

That's why I don't like acting, such as in Drama class last year.  I just don't know how to be in character and put my soul into acting like him/her. I praise all the actors and actresses in these world doing something I think is pretty hard.

Hey dudsons,

I'm so tired so this will be a short blog post.  I did the three laps run and guess what?  I got 5:51 for 3 laps!  Yay, I think that's my personal best, but honestly, I'm not sure.  It was so hot outside today, my face was as red as a cherry.  I'm actually allergic to cherries, by the way.

Hey dudsons,

QOTD:

YES! You can't be lazy and expect something good to happen.  Well, maybe by luck, yes, but most of the time, you have to use your own willpower to achieve something you want.  I hate people who ride on the coattails of others and just ask them for answers to for example, homework.  And then when you ask them for help in return, they don't help you.  But that's just how the world is.

Hey dudsons,

I fail at applying nail polish; one hand is okay and one hand is horrible.  I had to redo some of the fingers one or more times.  Ugh.

School starts tomorrow.  3rd week of school.  I am going to Isanna's house with Amy to work on a science project that involves milk and food coloring.

Hey dudsons,

Today is Clubs Day and there was a lot of people in the cafeteria crowding around looking at what clubs they can join.  I myself joined 3 clubs:  Tea Club, the Dragon Boat team, and Me to We.
Tea club is a club that takes place 2 times a month, and we drink tea from David's tea for free. I'm think I'm most excited about the Dragon Boat one.

Hey dudsons!

Tomorrow is Clubs day.  I really really really want to join the Outdoors club, but I missed the meeting due to a field trip on Tuesday.  I want to go camping, since I have never went before and I really want to experience it.  I hope that Mr. Momeyer will accept people into the club even though they missed the first meeting.

September 16th, 2015

Hey dudsons,

So today started off with math.  I kind of hate math, but I kind of don't.  I hate math that I don't understand, but math is pretty fun when I do understand it.

And then it was science.  My science teacher wasn't here today, so we had a sub.  We did a review of notes about cells.

PE was too exhausting.  Like oh my gosh I'm dying exhausting.  The sun was shining so that didn't help at all.  I'm already hot and sweaty from running laps and playing football, and the sun just makes me feel even more hot.  Aiya, PE is just torture.

Hey dudsons!

I went to watch King Lear at the Bard on the Beach.  I didn't understand much of the plot until I read the summary of it. Oh well. I enjoyed the eye gouging out part; that was pretty cool.

September 14th, 2015

Hey dudsons!

So excited for the field trip tomorrow!  We are going to see King Lear ( A Shakespeare play)  for English and we are basically skipping 3 blocks other than Applied Skills.  I hope I understand what the actors and actresses are saying though, because Shakespeare language is pretty hard to decipher ad to translate into words I understand.

Oh yeah, it's Amie's birthday today, so.... HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMIE!! (If you're reading this)

PE was very tiring today as we had to run 3 laps.  I haven't done that in forever.  Then we proceeded to playing football.  I'm getting better at my throws, so I'm super duper happy about that.

Bye!

Hey dudsons,

Highlight of my day: I went shopping...yay?

Anyways, second week of school is starting tomorrow.  Looking forward. to it.  Also, Clubs Day is on Friday and I'm excited to see what clubs I want to join.  My cousin is part of a board game club, and I'm still thinking whether I want to join that or not.

I got Instagram yesterday and I still think I like Facebook more.

Hey dudsons...

Today is a day that many will be remembered.  RIP to all the victims of 9/11.

Well, the first week of school has ended, and I'm glad that I survived.  I'm kind of tired after waking up so early for school: approximately at 7:30.  That's early for me.

Hey dudsons!

I found this  quote online that I think is really meaningful:

It's true; trust is so easily broken.  I'm  not saying that I myself have fully experienced this, but it is true.  One misinterpretation can lead to a fight between friends, couples, and family.

Anyways, good weather is coming up on the weekends.  I can't wait even though I'm pretty sure I won't spend much time outside to enjoy it.

Hey dudsons!

A new school year has started and I can already smell stress in the air.  Oh well.  Who said high school was easy.

So today I started textiles, which was pretty good.  At first, I thought the teacher was kind of mean looking, but it turns out she's a pretty nice person.  I can't wait until we actually start to sew pieces together.  Plus for summer school, I did a sewing class, so I know some of the basics already.  AND we're going on a field trip (yay) to a fashion show later this month.

Also, we are going on another field trip next week for English to watch "King Lear" at the Bard on the Beach.  That's cool too.

Hope this school year turns out to be a good one.
